User account

A web registration account is needed, along with a customer account number, for access to enhanced content on this website such as order tracking. To create a web registration account, simply follow the steps below. After you click "Create New Account" at the bottom of this page, a password will be sent to the email address you provide. You may change that password by requesting a new password.

To start a lab account, simply submit an order. Once that order hits our system, it will be flagged as a new account and a representative will call to give you your customer account number.

After you complete your web registration and receive your customer account number please contact customer service to activate order tracking.

Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
